The larger cabin can be easily moved to make room for a traditional stick frame home. This property has abundant, year round water, Deer Creek runs through the middle of the property. Two 15' wells have been on the back side of the property with 4" PVC access for standard well pumps. The property also has a tower built with an IBC tote and piping and a pump to fill and act as water tower. Water is not a problem on this homestead. There are various food, animal and recycling systems designed into the farm. They are also adjacent to the creek, and one of the water wells, allowing everything to be watered by hand if need be. Everything is steel put together on site. I had plans to move the larger cabin to make room for a stick frame house, and then route the power over to a new battery room closer to both smaller cabins. There is also a radio tower for cell to internet, but has since been upgraded to StarLink. Two shipping containers and an aircraft style roof covers 10 years of firewood heating fuel for both houses, it also provides storage inside for tools, wares, properly stored food, and more.
